How to get up in a better mood.

If you want to wake up and start your day in a good mood try what Henry Thoreau, the American Philosopher used to do. Before he would get out of bed in the morning he would tell himself all the good news he could think of. This would include good health, friends, interesting work and people that looked up to him. By the time he got up he was already on his way to a good day. Try it and see what happens!
