When my children were small I had a bad habit of screaming and could not seem to control it. It really was an issue for me. I did not want to scream at my children because I knew what it felt like.
Each time I did it I would get on my knees and ask God to help me with this problem. After praying several times and really working on it my attitude changed. I was able to overcome it through God's help. I could not do it alone. Praise God my children don't remember when I was a screamer.
