Giving Up Control

"Blessed are those who trust in the Lord and have made the Lord their hope and confidence." Jeremiah 17:7

Do you ever try to control people? If you are a people pleaser then that is one way of trying to control others. It doesn't seem like it does it? But if you try to please someone to make them like you or accept you then that is trying to control them.


Do ywe try to make someone feel guilty? Do we withdraw our love?

What about our words, our facial expressions; do we use those to control people?

Let go of trying to control people. You can't really control them no matter how hard you try. Trust God and let Him have His way in their life. He will do a better job than you and you will have more peace.
