I had my CT Scan. It was not as bad as I thought it would be. They did a scan of my head. They did a contrast and a non-contrast. The contrast is where they inject you with some type of dye so they can see what goes on in the veins. The machine was noisy but not too loud. I did not have to take my clothes off. I just had to take off any metal belts or anything like that. They told me to lie down on the bench. It had something for my head to fit in. I went into the machine and back out several times. Then it was over. They said the Doctor would have the results in about 24 to 48 hours. I haven't heard anything so far.
I hope this helps if anyone is going to have to have a CT Scan.
