Simple Sweet Potato Recipes

How have you been lately?  I wanted to tell you about a recipe book that I bought and read through.  This book has all kinds of recipes using sweet potatoes.  I have not had time to try them but I can tell you they sure sound good to me.  There are so many recipes to use sweet potatoes like marshmallow sweet potato pudding. There are so many recipes and I cannot wait to try them.  My husband loves sweet potatoes.  And they are so healthy for you.
